INTERESTING START IN POLAND United Press Association—By ttlertnc Telegraph —Copyright (Received August 30, 10.30 p.m.) WARSAW, August 31 The Gordon Bennett Balloon Race started in the presence of the President and members of the Cabinet. Belgium entered the second balloon. The Polish balloon “Lopp” was christened with champagne. The competitor going the farthest wins the cup and £2BO.
