BOYS PLACED UNDER SUPERVISION By Telegraph association NAPIER, August 24 Police intervention terminated the activities of four small boys, their ages ranging from nine to twelve, who, styling themselves as the “Purple Mask Gang” carried out raids on department stores in Napier. Masks, toy handcuffs and guns were amongst the stolen goods. All the boys were placed under the supervision of the welfare officer and in addition one will receive a thrashing.
