HEALTH OF MR H. O’LEARY By Telezraph-■ Associatioti WELLINGTON, August 22. The health of Mr H. F. O’Leary, K.C., is reported to be much improved. It was not known to-day whether he would appear for J. W. S. McArthur or not on Monday. In Mr O’Leary’s absence Mr R. E. Tripe, who appeared with Mr O’Leary throughout the proceedings against McArthur, represented defendant.
