At the weekly shoot of the Glen-iti Miniature Rifle Club the women’s button was won by Miss O'Brien and the men’s by T. Marshall. The highest scores off the rifle were: Men: A. Bone 77, C. Paine 77, V. Hicks 77, T. Marshall 77. H. Purcell 77, W. Brehaut 76, W. Purdom 76, D. Curr 76, L. Murray 75, A. Gillett 75, J. Mundy 74, A. Rathbone 74, J. Blamires 73. W. Stevens 73. Women: Miss O’Brien 78. Miss M Stewart 77, Miss B. Stewart 77. Miss Bryan 77. Miss E. Brehaut 77, Miss Hill 75. Mrs Redway 75. The second round of the Rowland Watson cup was shot on the Claremont range and resulted in a draw. The scores were: Glen-iti 755. Claremont 755. The final round will be shot on the Claremont range.
