This year New Zealand will be closely associated with the Sydney Eisteddfod. In addition to two chief adjudicators, coming from Auckland and Wellington, two champions at the recent New Zealand Eisteddfod will compete. These are Miss Eileen Courtenay, who won the vocal championship at Wellington in May. and Miss Shona Bennettts, who won the dancing championship of New Zealand at the same competitions. Tiie prize in each case was a trip to Sydney in order to compete at the Sydney Eisteddfod.
