COMPULSORY PROVISION EFFECT WOMEN United Press Association—By Electric Telegraph—Copyright (Received August 21, 5.5 p.m.) BERLIN, August 20. Herr Frick announces the imminence of compulsory instead of voluntary service in the labour camps for women, on the same basis as men. Girls losing their jobs will be sent to the agricultural districts to help the farmers and their wives, or to distressed industrial areas, where they will do housework and care for children of the working class women.
