RESTRICTIONS IMPOS'D IN londo:: British Official Wireless RUGBY, August 8. The efforts of the Ministry of Transport to reduce traffic congestion nt central London has been carried a stage further with the issue of regulations adding Haymarket. New Oxford Street, High Holborn, Old Bond Street and parts of Regent Street and New Bond Street to the streets in which there are already restrictions upon horse-drawn and hand-propelled vehicles. With the necessary e*"-otions slow-moving traffic will be banned from these streets during the busy hours.
