NO BILL
LORRY DRIVER DISCHARGED Bv Telegraph —Press Association NEW PLYMOUTH. August 10. No Bill was returned by the Grand Jury in the case in which Edward Baker was charged with negligent driving causing the death of June Vivian, aged eight. Baker was discharged. The child was waiting at an intersection for a tramcar when Baker backed a lorry out of a side street, a wheel of the vehicle passing over the child who died shortly afterward.
