WRESTLING
TO-MORROW’S CONTEST Keen interest is being taken in tomorrow night’s professional contest between Danny Dusck and Cowboy Bob (Rebel) Russell. The former has proved himself in America as the equal of the world’s best, and is a great box office attraction. Dusck is both a vigorous and spectacular wrestler who should greatly please followers of the sport in this province. Russell has been an outstanding performer this season, and has been well received in all the centres he has visited. Recently at Auckland Russell gained a decisive victory over Clarke, who is credited as being champion of England. With two such outstanding performers, to-morrow night’s contest should prove a thrilling bout. The following amateur bouts will be held as preliminaries to the main contest—Middleweight, R. Watt and R. Walton; light-heavy weight, D. Lloyd and H Johns; heavy weights, Macdonald and Keen. Another special bout is being arranged.
