MELBOURNE BUILDERS RESUME WORK United Press Association—By Electric Telegraph—Copyright MELBOURNE, July 27. Following the master builders’ announcement that all construction Jobs would be re-opened to-day, irrespective of' the decisions of the unions, about 1600 members of the building trade unions effected decided at a mass meeting to resume work this morning.
