Experiments with blood tests to decide drunkenness, have been revealed by Dr Macadam Eccles. Only a pinprick was necessary. One drop of alcohol to 1000 drops of blood showed a symptom of being under the influence of liquor, one drop to 700 drops drunk, and one drop to 500 drops, dead drunk.
