DECISION OF VANOOWER SEAMEN. . . United Press Association—By Electric Telegraph—Copyright VANCOUVER, December 2. The Seafarers’ Union at a meeting on Sunday voted to call off the Vancouver waterfront strike as far as they were concerned. The longshoremen are asking the Shipping Federation for negotiations to end the strike. Their pla-ceS have all been filled.
