NEW HIGH ALTAR IN WESTMINSTER ABBEY. —This magnificent piece of craftsmanship, erected in Henry Vll’s Chapel, Westminster Abbey, is the Jubilee gift of members of the Order of the Bath, and was recently dedicated by Dr Foxley Norris, Dean of Westminster . It is a copy of the original altar which was designed by the great Florentine artist Torrigiani, but which was destroyed during the Long Parliament.
