LOSS OF LIFE AND PROPERTY IN FLORIDA United Press Association— By Electrte Telegraph—Copyright (Received November 6, 7.40 p.m.) MIAMI (Florida), November 5. Seven persons are dead, 137 injured and the damage to property and crops amounts to 3,000,000 dollars as the result of Monday’s freak storm. Two coastguard cutters are standing by the helpless Bull Line freighter Elizabeth, which is aground 300 yards off Miami beach.
