Representative of Education Department.—Alexander Bell. Representative of Teachers of Secondary Schools.—Frank Hyde Campbell and John Alexander Colquhon. Technical Schools.—Thomas Brinsley Bowring and Alfred Morris Jones. Primary Schools.—William Fulton. Abel Francis, Albert Garry, George Frederick Griffiths and Margaret Emma Magill.
