BOLD PLANS IN U.S.A. United Press Association—By Electric Telegraph—Copyright (Received June 27, 7.15 p.m.) WASHINGTON, June 27. President Roosevelt, created by eecutive order to-day, a National Youth Administration, with an appropriation of 50,000,000 dollars, which will be spent to assist 500,000 needy youths to obtain a good start in life. The objects of the foundation include the finding of private employment, training for industrial, technical and professional employment, assistance for continuation in high schools, and colleges, and work relief projects.
