BRITISH WOMEN’S TITLE SEMI-FINAL PLAYED United Press Association—By Electric Telegraph—Copyright LONDON, May 29. The British Women’s Golf Championship semi-finals were played at Newcastle to-day. Results: Miss Wanda Morgan beat Miss Jessie Anderson, 2 up and 1. Miss Pam Barton beat her sister, Miss Mervyn Barton, 2 up and 1. Miss Pamela Barton has reached the final of the championship for the second year in succession. She was five up and six to play against her sister, but Miss Mervyn Barton won the next four holes before burying her ball in a bunker.
