HOCKEY
INDIANS TO PLAY MATCH TO-DAY By Telegraph—Press Association WELLINGTON, May 14. The Indian hockey team left for Dannevirke this morning to play the first match of the tour to-morrow. The team practised yesterday at Karori Park. The ball control was considered uncanny by spectators. Members were received at Government House by the Governor-General. During the afternoon the Indians placed a wreath on the Wellington Citizens’ War Memorial.
