GRAVELY INJURED
LAWRENCE OF ARABIA HAS FRACTURED SKULL United Press Association— By Electric Telegraph—Copyright (Received May 14, 5.5 p.m.) LONDON, May 13. Aircraftsman Shaw (Lawrence of Arabia) was gravely injured while motor-cycling at Dorsetshire. He was sent to hospital suffering from a fractured skull. “The Sun-Herald” leams that Aircraftsman Shaw sustained a compound fracture of the skull and haemorrhage of the brain. The relatives have been summoned. The circumstances in which he was found suggest that he was travelling at a great speed. He was picked up 100 ft distant from the motor cycle.
