FEARS OF DEVALUATION IN EUROPE United Press Association—By Electric Tel egraph—Copyrlgh t (Received May 15, 12.15 a.m.) LONDON, May 14. Increasing fears of devaluation by the remaining European gold bloc currencies, caused another rush to buy sterling. The flight of capital to London led to the weakness of the French and Swiss francs, and the Dutch guilder. Rumours of increasing enthusiasm for devaluation among French business interests precipitated heavy sales of French francs.
