4 ACT NOT INFRINGED By Telegraph —Press Association WELLINGTON, May 11. Mr J. H. Luxford, S.M., gave his decision to-day in a case in which Adams Bruce, Ltd., were charged with commencing a scheme by which prizes were competed for by a mode of chance. Prizes were offered for lists of the varieties of chocolates most nearly corresponding to the correct order of sales of ten of the most popular varieties. The Magistrate decided that the competition was not illegal and dismissed the charge.
