Dominion Meteorologist General Situation.—Pressure is still low to the east, but has risen slowly over the Dominion with the approach of an anti-cyclone. A slight depression is passing in the south. Winds—Variable at first In the southern half of the South Island. Otherwise moderate to strong southerly prevailing. Seas (New Zealand waters)—Rough south of East Cape, elsewhere moderEastern Tasman Sea.—Moderate to fresh southerly winds and moderate to rather rough seas. Weather —Still changeable with a few passing showers on the East Coast between Akaroa and East Cape, elsewhere fair to fine at first. Later some scattered showers in most districts. Cold temperatures. Mr F. U. Wooles Wind —Light to moderate south-east to north-east. Weather —Fine.
