SOME ACCUSED STILL IN CUSTODY United Press Association—By Electric Telegraph—Copyright (Received May 1, 5.5 p.m.) PARIS, April 30. Madame Stavisky has been liberated, the Court holding that there is no legal ground for her detention. M. Darius, editor of “Le Midi,” and M. Cuiboutribault, Stavisky’s former lawyer, have been released. M. Garat. a former Mayor of Bayonne. M. Heyot, a theatre owner, M. Digon, director of a Bayonne municipal pawnshop, and M. Guebin, an insurance director, are still held in custody, and the date of their trials has not been fixd.
