Messrs L. S. and I. Mackenzie’s trophy for single woman gaming most points in miscellaneous section: Miss Mary Moran. Mr L. M. Bruce’s trophy for Mackenzie County exhibitor gaining most points in needlework: Miss Gladys Hall.

GOLF CLUB A men's Stableford bogey competition will be held to-day. The ladies will play off a similar competition on Saturday. PRESENTATION On Friday evening a farewell social was tendered Mr. and Mrs. T. Darling prior to their leaving Allendale. The popularity of the guests of honour was amply shown by the large representative gathering, the school being filled to capacity. Mr. James O’Neill, in making the presentation of a handsome rug, leather suit case, a pipe and cutlery referred to the many sterling qualities of Mr. and Mrs. Darling and expressed regret at the departure of such popular residents. Messrs T. B. Crampton A. Strang, Neilson, Black, D. O'Neill and D. O’Reilly also spoke in uelogistic tones and wished Mr. :.nd Mrs. Darling every success in the future. Mrs. Darling was the recipient of a beautiful bouquet and Master Alex Darling was also presented with a gift. During the evening, vocal solos contributed by Mrs. White and Miss Brice were very much appreciated. Dancing was continued and the singing of Auld Lang Syne brought to a close a very enjoyable evening.
