REFUGEE IN FOREIGN COUNTRY SEIZED United Press Association—By Electric Telegraph —Copyright PRAGUE, April 29. A German refugee, Josef Lampersberger, a former member of the Reichbanner, was kidnapped in daylight from the Czecho-Slovakian platform at the Einstein frontier station, by four armed German secret police, and dragged off unconscious to Germany. A Czech Customs officer attempted to rescue him, but he was struck down when a Bavarian gendarme, weilding a rifle, assisted his compatriots. The Government is protesting to the German Government.
