SIR MALCOLM CAMPBELL FINED United Press Association—By Electric Telegraph —Copyright LONDON, April 29. Sir Malcolm Campbell, holder of the world’s land speed record, was fined £1 for speeding at 40 miles an hour. In a letter to the Court, Sir Malcolm said he did not realise he was in the speed limit area. He had driven 30 years without having an accident.
