A BIG REDUCTION By Telegraph—Pres3 Association WELLINGTON, April 30. The Wellington Wool Brokers Association reports that at the fifth and final sale of the season at Wellington on April 13, 9758 bales were offered and 9193 sold. The net weight of wool sold was 3,379,5961 b and the gross proceeds were £92,331/4/2. The average price per bale was £lO/0/10i, and the average per lb 6.557 d. The gross proceeds from the five Wellington sales this season total £812,202 compared with £1,923,838 for the corresponding sales last season.
