PROSECUTION COLLAPSES United Press Association—By Electric Telegraph—Copyright LONDON, April 26. Silvio Mazzarda, aged 38, one of the three men accused of stealing £21,000 worth of gold from the strongroom of the Croydon aerodrome on March 4, was acquitted. The Recorder pointed out that there was no evidence of identification, the taxi-cab driver, Manson, having now sworn that Mazzarda was not in the taxi.
