JUDGMENT FOR PLAINTIFF By Telegraph—Press Association HAMILTON, April 5. In a case heard at the Supreme Court at Hamilton on March 5 and 6 in which Percy Byril Beard, farmer, Ongarue, claimed £5124, the balance allegedly due for cutting timber rights, against Rose Pask, widow, of Te Kuiti. executri : of the will of the late Edward Pask, sawmiller, Mr Justice Fair gave reserved judgment for the plaintiff for £2OOO with costs. Defendant’s counter claim for £9OO W's dismissed.
