FILM BANNED IN GERMANY United Press Association—By Electric Telegraph—Copyright BERLIN, March 22. Dr. Goebbels has banned the British film “The Iron Duke’’ throughout Germany, because Marshal Blucher is assigned only a minor part in the Battle of Waterloo, which does not accord with a German historical view.
