ANOTHER SUCCESS FOR MISS LEYDON ONE MILE CHAMPIONSHIP OF N.S.W. United Press Association—By Electric Telegraph—Copyright (Received March 25, 12.12 a.m.) SYDNEY, March 24. At the Bondi Baths to-day. Miss Mona Leydon (New Zealand) won the New South Wales women’s amateur championship for one mile. Her time was 26min 1 4-ssec. Miss Hazel Wagner, who was second, becomes the official champion. Miss Joan Davis was third.
