GIANT TOADS
PROPOSED IMPORTATION INTO QUEENSLAND United Press Association—By Electric Telegraph—Copyright BRISBANE, March 21. The sugar experimental stations propose to import into Queensland giant toads to control the sugarcane pests. An attempt will be made to breed toads, after which the first generation will be liberated in the grub infested areas.
