* JAM ROLL * Jib flour, 1 teaspoon baking powder, lib dripping, i teaspoon ‘!* I*: salt, 1 egg. water to mix. Rub * * dripping into flour, drop in egg * % unbeaten. Spread jam over and then * roll up like a sponge roll, damp * *:* surface and sprinkle sugar over !•' top. Put in a greased tin and ❖ bake in a hot oven.
