AUSTRALIAN STEAMER GOES INTO COMMISSION
United Press Association—By Electric Telegraph—Copyright (Received February 6, 7.5 p.m.) SYDNEY, February 6. The Seamen's Union at Sydney today unanimously decided to end the strike on the Howard Smith Ltd. interstate liner Canberra, and the Company will now proceed with the free selection of a crew. The restoration of the service will probably take place next Tuesday.
