TRAGIC CIRCUMSTANCES By Telegraph—Press Association STRATFORD, January 5. Doris Ellen Hann, aged three, daughter .of Mr L. E. Hann, a well known farmer, playfully climbed the wheel of a waggon laden with milk cans. Unaware of her presence, an employee started the waggon. The child was thrown under the wheel, which passed over her. She died almost immediately.
