PRESIDENT ROOSEVELT'S DAUGHTER ENGAGED
NEW YORK, December 17. “The New York Times” learns that Mrs Anna Dali, President Roosevelt’s daughter, who was recently divorced from her husband, a New York broker, has been engaged to marry Mr John Boettiger, until recently political correspondent of “The Chicago Tribune.” Mr Boettiger made the acquaintance of Mrs Dali while accompanying the President on his campaign tour of 1932. Both Mrs Dali and Mr Boettiger, however, deny the report that they are engaged.
