The 12.25 p.m. Christchurch-Dun-edin and 8.40 a.m. Dunedin-Christ-church Mail trajns. The 9.5 a.m. Dunedin-Christchurch and 9.10 a.m. Christchurch-Dunedin Relief Express trains. Buses leave Waimate for Studholme at 11.35 a.m., 12.35 p.m,, 3.10 and 4.10 p.m. and Studholme for Waimate at 12.12 p.m., 1.9, 3.46. and 4,43 p.m. These buses connect with ordinary Mail and Express trains.. Buses also connect at Studholme with Night Express trains leaving Christchurch for Dunedin at 9.28 p.m. and 10.25’ p.m. on 24th December, and with Night trains leaving Dunedin for Christchurch at 10.0 p.m. and 11.20 p.m. on 24th December. WEDNESDAY, 26th DECEMBER. The usual 7.0 a.m. Timaru-Christ-church and 5.42 p.m. ChristchurchTimaru trains will NOT run. The usual 11.15 a.m. AshburtonTimaru and 11.36 a.m. Timaru-Ash-burton trains will NOT run. TROTTING MEETING AT ASHBURTON, 26th DECEMBER. Train for Ashburton leaves Timaru 8.10 a.m. Return train leaves Ashburton 5.42 p.m. Special excursion return fares from Timaru by morning trains 6/6, 9/6. SPORTS AT TEMUKA, 26th DECEMBER. Trains for Temuka leave Timaru 8.10 a.m., 11.35 a.m. Return trains leave Temuka for Timaru 5.45 p.m., 7.23 p.m. Special excursion return fares from Timaru by morning trains 1/11, 2/11. SPORTS AT WAIMATE, 26th DECEMBER. Trains leave Timaru 8.0 a.m., 11.33 a.m., and connect at Studholme with bus and train for Waimate. Bus leaves Waimate 5.55 p.m. and train leaves Waimate 6.3 p.m., connecting at Studholme with trains to Timaru and Oamaru. Special excursion return fares from Timaru 3/11, 6/-: St. Andrews 2/10, 4/4. THURSDAY, 27th DECEMBER. Special passenger train leaves Timaru 7.0 a.m., Christchurch arr. 10.23 a.m., returning leaving Christchurch 5.42 p.m., Timaru arr. 9.5 p.m. These trains run orr same times and will observe same stops as the usual Wednesday trains. The usual 7.35 a.m. Timaru-Ashbur-ton and 4.31 p.m. Ashburton-Timaru trains will NOT run. MID WEEK TICKETS—TIMARUASHBURTON TO CHRISTCHURCH. The usual cheap Mid-Week tickets from stations Timaru-Ashburton to Christchurch will be issued on Thursday, 27th December instead of Wednesday, 26th December. Cheap Mid-Week tickets will also be issued from stations Timaru-Ashbur-ton to Christchurch on Thursday, 3rd January in addition to the usual issue on Wednesday, 2nd January.
