DROWNED IN RIVER
AUCKLANDER’S DEATH 3y Te'egraph - Press Association AUCKLAND. December 17. A verdict of accidental death was returned at the inquest to-day on William Ferguson Wilson (57). who was drowned while swimming in the Tarnaki river yesterday. He waved to a friend from the water, but a few minutes later he was seen to be face downwards. Restorative measures failed.
