WANGANUI CREW’S SUCCESS By Telegraph—Press Association AUCKLAND, November 17. The Wanganui Rowing Club crew, who competed in the Melbourne regatta, returned by the liner Mariposa to-day. Mr E. J, Crotty, the manager, said that New Zealand crews could hold their own against any Australian crew. They had won the Kerr Cup outright at the Sydney Rowing Club regatta, and also nine miniatures at various contests. He congratulated W. Coombes, the coach, oh his work.
