COSTS ALLOWED CO-RESPONDENT IN DIVORCE ACTION By Telegraph—Press Association WELLINGTON. November 16. Payment of the costs of Rangi Marsh, cited as co-respondent in the Morgan divorce case, was the subject of argument in the Supreme Court at the conclusion of the case, when the jury found in favour of Norma Morgan and Marsh. In his reserved judgment Mr Justice Reed said that in all the circumstances of this case there was nothing to justify Morgan in believing that his wife was unfaithful to him. He was accordingly not justified in relying on signed admissions obtained in the manner that they were. Marsh would be allowed costs on the lower scale with disbursements and witnesses’ expenses to be ascertained by the Registrar, and he would certify for 21 extra days at 10 guineas a day.
