ENGLISH VISITORS HELD UP United Press Association—By Electric Tel egraph —Copyright HARTFORD (Connecticut) Oct. 16. Mr Robert Fisher, son of Ex-Premier Mr Andrew Fisher, of Australia, and for several years head of a London investment house, will not be admitted to the United States unless his appeal to Washington is successful. Arriving from London on Sunday, the representatives of the Hartford Trust Company were detained for alleged violation of the contract labour laws. They were released on their own recognisance pending an appeal.
