WORLD CONVENTION IN JAPAN United Press Association—By Electric Telegraph—Copyright (Received October 18, 12.30 a.m.) TOKYO, October 17. A meeting was held of 21 AngloEmpire delegates, including Australian, New Zealand and Canadian, to the Red Cross convention, which is opening on Saturday. # The chief English delegate, General Sir Harold Fawcus, declared that the Junior Red Cross was the greatest children’s humanitarian movement in history. A resolution was passed that the Junior Red Cross must remain part of the main organisation.
