ARRIVAL NEXT WEEK By Teiegrapn - Press' Association WELLINGTON, October 17. Archbishop Mowll, who is shortly to visit New Zealand to take part in the consecration of Canon Hilliard, Bishopelect of Nelson, will arrive in Wellington from Sydney by the Wanganella on October 23. He will be accompanied by Mrs Mowll and Archdeacon Johnstone, rector of St. John’s Church, Parramatta, which was Samuel Marsden’s parish. Dr Mowll was Bishop of West China before he accepted the Archbishopric of Sydney 15 months ago. He passed through New Zealand in 1931 on his return to China after a visit to Great Britain. Archbishop Mowll, who is a striking personality, will take the opportunity to address numerous meetings in the course of a tour of the main centres of the Dominion.
