A CHRISTCHURCH DEAL. By Telegraph—Press Association CHRISTCHURCH, July 25. A two-storey brick building on the north-east corner of Cashel and Colombo Streets has changed hands at a price, it is understood, of £20,000. The property has a frontage of 47ft to Cashel Street and 27ft to Colombo Street, and is in the centre of the city’s retail trade area. It is occupied at present by a number of small shops. The property was owned by Messrs S. R. Johns and F. Walshaw, and the purchaser is Mr P. W. Cosgriff, whose intention it is to erect on the site a larger modern building.
