SOCIALIST PLOT
THOUSAND ARRESTS IN AUSTRIA. United Press Association—By Electric Tel esranh Copyright (Received July 24, 5,5 p.m.) VIENNA, July 24. The Government discovered a Socialist plot and made 1000 arrests in 48 hours, resulting in the prisons being overcrowded. Those arrested have been placed in a concentration camp at the Armbruster factory, which was formerly occupied by the makers of royal carriages. The authorities refuse details of the plot.
