MINIATURE RIFLE SHOOTING

WEEKLY CONTESTS PLEASANT POINT CLUB The twelfth official shoot of the Pleasant Point Miniature Rifle Club was fired on Monday when R. Blakemore won the trophy and the Bowman Weekly Button with 77, 79, 79, off the rifle. P. B. Wilson was runner-up and takes the Turkington Silver Button. G. Henderson won the Wilson Gold Bullet. Agnew secured the silver rifle with the only possible of the evening. The tie for the previ, v. week’s rifle was decided in favour of G. Marra, while C. Cullen won the shoot-off for No. 13 prize. The tie for No. 14 was reduced to two—W. Falloon and G. Marra—who will fire off next Monday. Nine men tied for this week’s prize and will also shoot off next week.
