TRIBUTE TO HIS SERVICES. By Telegraph—Press Association NAPIER, June 25. A warm tribute on behalf of the farming community to the guidance and interest of the Governor-General, was paid at the annual meeting of the Hawke’s Bay A. and P. Society this morning, and a resolution was carried expressing a hope that the term of Lord and Lady Bledisloe’s residence ill New Zealand would be extended.
