NTOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Timaru Fire Board, at a Special Meeting held on the 24th April, 1934. passed a resolution, the purport of which was to convert the Loan as set out in the first Schedule of the Timaru Fire Board’s Loan Conversion Order, 1934, published in the N.Z. Gazette No. 20 for the sth April, 1934, page 892, and amounting to £5500 into fresh securities bearing interest at the rate of 41 per cent, with a Maturity Date as set forth in the Schedule to such Resolution and providing for a Sinking Fund as set forth in clause 20 of the said Conversion Order, same will be confirmed at a meeting of the Fire Board to be held at the Fire Station on the 26th June, 1934.
