THEFT DENIED
ACCUSED COMMITTED FOR TRIAL. By Telegraph—Press Association HAMILTON, June 25. Allegedly associated with George Edward Morton, in a series ol burglaries, and other offences in Waikato on the night of May 21, John Leslie Florence (23) pleaded not guilty in the Hamilton Magistrate’s Court to-day, and was committed to the Supreme Court for trial. Accused was charged with doing actual bodily harm to Francis Bose, breaking and entering at Tirau and Hinuera, and stealing numerous articles at both places.
