RESIDENCE AT WINDSOR. British Official Wlreles* (Received June 18, 5.5 p.m.) RUGBY. June 16. When the King left Buckingham Palace for Windsor, a large party of American naval cadets were among the huge crowd witnessing his departure. Later at Windsor the King and Queen are receiving a visit from Princess Juliana of Holland, who reached Lonp don yesterday to stay a fortnight at Kensington Palace.
